FAQs

How many guests attend each retreat?

This retreat is offered on a bespoke basis for one guest at a time, allowing the experience to be personal, calm and supportive. If you would enjoy sharing the experience, you are welcome to bring a friend and share a room at a reduced rate.

How long is the retreat?

Most guests stay for four nights, arriving in the afternoon on the first day and departing late morning on the final day.

Do I need any previous experience with retreats or healing practices?

Not at all. Many women come simply because they feel tired or in need of quiet time away.
All practices offered during the retreat are gentle and optional.

Will there be a strict schedule?

No. There is no fixed programme or demanding schedule.
The retreat unfolds gently around what feels most nourishing for you.

Can I have time to myself?

Yes, absolutely. Many guests appreciate quiet time to rest, read, reflect or walk in the countryside.

You are always free to spend your time exactly as you wish.

Is the retreat suitable if I am feeling burned out or going through a difficult time?

Many women arrive during periods of exhaustion, stress or life transition.
The retreat offers a calm and supportive space where you can rest and regain a sense of balance.

Are treatments or healing practices included?

Gentle practices such as EFT, fascia release and TRE may be offered if you feel drawn to them.

These are always optional and shared in a supportive, informal way.

Can I explore the local area during my stay?

Yes. The retreat is located between the charming towns of Bergerac and Eymet, where you can visit cafés, restaurants and local markets.

Some guests enjoy exploring these towns while others prefer to remain at the farmhouse and rest.

What is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport, which has flights from several UK and European cities.  Pick up and Drop off to Bergerac Airport or train station is included.
Bordeaux airport is also within reasonable driving distance.  I’m very happy to offer guidance about travel options and transport so that your journey is as smooth as possible.
