Local towns nearby - Eymet, Bergerac, Sigoules and Sainte Foy la Grande

Many people, when they come to a 'Nourish Ourselves' retreat, just want to stay at the farmhouse and enjoy the peace and quiet, take a walk, read a book or create some art.  Some people also want to take a trip out and explore the area - so here are a few photos I took to give you a taste of the towns and markets nearby in Bergerac, Eymet and Sainte Foy la Grande.
